Should I start posting every monday instead?

Not really, but boy do I keep missing the day over and over again. Anyway, I am making progress as usual. This part is short, but the number of items and their interactions is a little annoying to deal with. I did some picture hunting for the sexy bits, and I added something to the quest that somehow slipped my mind (ALICE's random comments and dialogues). I don't think there is much else to say, other than I am still trying to figure out how to balance it (it's the kind of event that is super easy after the first time you beat it, since you know in which order you should do things by then), and if I can make it more fun. Maybe I can add some minor events that trigger randomly, so you don't get completely smooth, identical sailings every run.

Anyway, that's it for this week, I should probably finish this slave path and start working on the other this week, and that's as far as my predictions go. See you next week! ^_^

  1. If you aim to post on Monday because you are missing Sunday, you will end up posting on Tuesday!

    1. Ah-ah, my thought as well, which is why I never actually changed the day. Still, it's always funny for me, I fail often enough despite being a simple task. XD

  2. I heard a very anticipated game just recently came out. Was that a factor?

    Haha! *Fistbump!*

    1. Ah-ah, not really. I am as poor as you can get while still being able to afford the internet and a PC, which means all of my games are bought years down the line, at 75% sales, usually, and even then, nothing that costs more than 10 bucks. In fact, most of my gaming habits were fueled by the donations I get every now and then.

I am a fellow procrastinator, though. *fistbump*

    2. *Pats shoulder* I just picked up a PS2, lol. (Fun system, of what little I've played on it so far.)

    3. My PS2 got fried a few months ago, it had been together with me for several years (I had bought it used from a classmate about 10 years ago now), and my PC isn't fast enough to run the PS2 emulator, so I am currently screwed on that front. I worry about backward compatibility a lot, and console games are especially tricky, with the whole proprietary hardware/software thing, to me emulation is a requirement, but I wonder how far in the future can I expect to have functioning emulation for PSX and similarly old consoles. The PS2 had many good games (and it was backward compatible with PSX games) so you should have a nice time with it, as long as you can buy them from somewhere.

  3. Someone is saving the Earth, once again, I'm pretty sure... You have made a combat team ready for it... But this Earth does need your Universe working first.. Just saying MDQP ;P

    2. Barely played. Game is all over the place... Optimization is bad. Like really bad. I'll have to wait at least for a decent patch, barely playable on low end computers/mid level computers.

I get the minimum requirements and a bit more but get low FPS on the Avenger - which is ridiculous - and can play decently on missions. Loading times are ridiculous too. You can go and make a coffee while you wait xD

    3. Ah, the positive side of being a patient customer is that I avoid most of the beta-testing that seems to be offloaded to early players nowadays. While I liked the new Xcom, I must admit I like the old one style a bit more (so I generally prefer its spiritual successor, Xenonauts).

    4. I really wasn't a big fan of the previous one, though I'm not sure if you're talking about the original game or Enemy Unknown; I never played the original myself.

But the new one is a big improvement on Enemy Unknown, at least to me; hopefully you get to play it soon Alectra :)

    5. Ah, Terror from the Deep... Didn't really enjoy that one, I must say.

    6. X-com is a little confusing, with all the old sequels and the new reboot for the series AND a recent unofficial remake of the first game (Xenonauts). I have played the new X-com, Xenonauts and the first X-com. I like the first X-com the most, I enjoyed Xenonauts a lot (but some design choices felt a little stupid to me) and I liked the new X-com too (but it's probably the one I liked the least among the 3).
