The next (and possibly last) hotfix for the normal version should come up soon, in the mean time, this hotfix should address some of the issues in the web version:
http://mdqp.nachtwolf.at/TOTDC%200.92r3.7z
Just extract it in the TOTDC folder and overwrite.
